Thomas Seeber has been an attorney at law in Vienna since 2014 and is the founder of seeber.law Rechtsanwälte.

With South Tyrolean roots, international education, and entrepreneurial experience as a tech CEO, Thomas Seeber advises clients not only in Austria but also in cross-border cases. As a real estate, banking, finance, and corporate lawyer, he combines legal depth with economic understanding and technological foresight.

Thomas Seeber is the author of numerous specialist publications, monographs, and commentaries. As a university lecturer, he teaches in the fields of banking, real estate law, legal tech, and corporate law—including at the University of Vienna, Danube University Krems, the Private University of Liechtenstein, and the Private University Schloss Seeburg.

His enthusiasm for technical innovations has always been with him. In 2018, he founded the legal tech start-up Realest8 Technologies together with an interdisciplinary team from the fields of law, banking, and IT. The result: the first fully digital real estate transaction in Austria, successfully implemented in 2020.

As a member of the German Pfandbrief Banks’ round table on security interests in real estate, he is intensively involved with the dogmatic foundations of security law—a field to which he also dedicated his dissertation.
