Issues such as ESG, artificial intelligence, banking, and real estate law are increasingly affected by complex and sometimes immature regulatory frameworks. We focus on practical, legally sound solutions—and specifically seek out opportunities that enable rather than hinder economic activity.
Our motto: “Solutions instead of problems.” Data protection in particular shows how uncoordinated regulations hinder innovation. We advocate for the removal of unnecessary hurdles and boldly argue for legal clarity where others shy away. Because progress needs a legal framework that supports rather than blocks it.
Particularly in the area of reporting requirements, for example in the context of omnibus regulation, it is important to make consistent use of the existing scope for action – and not to let it go to waste.
